Frankly, I’m amazed that everyone doesn’t do this. It’s just such a great opportunity to help ensure success down the line and find pain points, like you say. Like you, I’ve been amazed at what people share behind closed doors. Often, they just about hate what’s there now! It really helps you figure out how to address business goals and please them at the same time, something that’s hard to do when you don’t know what they’re really thinking.
