		<description><![CDATA[Summaries of T&amp;C&#039;s are excellent. Could companies go further perhaps? Every effort is made to clearly present product/service HIGHLIGHTS. But when things go wrong and we wander off the happy path, I mourn for T&amp;C&#039;s that communicate the LOWLIGHTS in just as clear fashion too.  (Insurance companies!)]]></description>
