		<description><![CDATA[No product will ever be perfect - there will always be unforeseen problems that crop up once it is in the hands of the consumer but it is how the companies deal with the problem that tells you whether they are any good or not.  I don&#039;t get too worried when something goes wrong but if I get bad customer service when trying to get it sorted I won&#039;t go back to them again - there are too many other competitors to try before giving them a second chance.  Looks like Jawbone have done a good job here though.]]></description>
