I totally agree with Shmuls about that. I have been using Woopra for two months and quit. They have the cool factor, but I have needed a real tool for real eCommerce websites, not a toy to play with. I have opted for this one:

Have all what I need: custom reports, advanced segmentation and actions (aka. Actionable Analytics). currently in beta though, but highly recommended for eCommerce sites.
