Most impressive. I like the way that web design companies have stopped focussing on creating flashy trash and started looking at microcopy, customer interaction, etc. WFF is a perfect example. I spent several minutes continually pressing "add to basket" :)

Thanks for posting an honest and excellent case study. I can imagine that these were some of the main barriers that you needed to conquer at Headscape. I

am feel that you probably have a 100 bullet pointed list of other problem areas.

Paul – an excellent case study – my mum is a customer of Wilts Farm Foods and the concerns you highlight are exactly typical. She had developed a healthy paranoia when using the web and the website does highlight the more positive aspects of the local service.
I think many large so-called “glocal” corporations could learn from this emphasis on localised strategies rather than amorphous homogenised global sites with a mere currency and address change.

This was a great case study and really opened my eyes about working with current client business models vs. trying to force major changes to their business process. Great Post and keep them coming!
