Beijing policy makers say they're eager to encourage greater domestic consumption. Chinese shoppers are famously luxury-happy, flying to Hong Kong and further afield in droves to stock up on Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel and more. All of which means the stage is set for the next great innovation to hit China:

About customers - I believe this is the best experience every web designer or any position into business will receive. They will get chances of working with clients from different countries and working on different projects. Ultimately everyone will start giving value to their customers and build a good bond with them. This is what is important both for himself and to the company.

Bit late to the party but grats to Headscape on hitting the 10 year mark!

Anyhow, I really enjoyed your post, Paul, especially your insights into service, honesty and solving business problems. Service in particular is a very interesting subject because it's often to easy to assume that being slow to respond to clients needs or not keeping them updated properly is OK so long as the end work you produce is good. Whilst the final project always speak for itself, making sure clients getting a constant stream of communication and general good service is vital in keeping them happy. Like you said we're primary in the service industry and I know even from my own personal experience that not getting answers or attention when you need it is incredibly frustrating.

Hello Paul. Our web company started in 2000, and so we're in our 12th year - a similar age to yours. Your article is spot on, i.e. very aligned to our experiences and opinions. Great job, and may we both be still in business in another 10 years!

Hi Paul,
I only recently started following your blog, but in that short time I've found it to be refreshingly free of bloat. This is yet another post that delivers a large amount of useful info in a clear & concise manner.

Thank you very much!
