Many organisations are stuck in the past running digital projects in the same way as they would construct a building. But digital has unique properties which means we can adopt a radically different project management methodology as I explore in this presentation for Sitecore.
Digital enables us to gather an enormous amount of data on user behaviour, but does that provide us with a clear enough picture to shape our offerings? Even if it does, are we effectively integrating that information into the digital products and services we create? In this presentation that I gave at the Sitecore Virtual Summit, I challenge how we approach our digital projects encouraging us to take a more data-driven methodology.
